Our program is taught by industry veterans that actively work in the electrical construction and maintenance field of electricity. This program is community-based with a goal is to provide the Tri-state Area with the most adept and highly trained workforce available to regional employers and businesses. The T.A.I.A. Electrician Training Program provides training in the installation and maintenance of electrical/electronic systems found in residential, commercial and industrial facilities. Our program can help you break into this industry by giving you the skills you need to install, maintain and repair even the most complex electrical systems. You’ll learn:
Electrical: Basics, tools, boxes, receptacles, switches, circuits & systems, wiring protection devices, and equipment for commercial installations.
Repair or Replace: Residential and commercial wiring, equipment, electrical panels, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
Installing: Lighting, ceiling fans, appliances, televisions, telephones, data, and basic alarm systems.
Identify: Electrical problems using a variety of testing devices.
Read: Blueprints or technical diagrams.
